the process

how we actually do this.

every engagement follows the same rhythm. no mystery, no "methodology" branded in all caps.

discovery call (30 min).

We talk. You describe the work. We tell you what's realistic and what isn't. If there's no fit, we say so on the call.

onsite scoping (half day).

We come to your location. We watch the actual work happen. We don't bring slides. We bring a notebook.

workflow selection (one hour).

Together we pick one workflow. It has to be small enough to ship in a week and real enough that the team will care. Usually it's scheduling, intake, reporting, or a stuck handoff between two people.

build, train, adopt (one week).

The same five-day window. Build the tool. Train the people who'll use it. Watch them use it. Fix what's clunky. Leave it running.

handoff and followup.

You get a written playbook. A named internal champion owns the workflow. We check in at 30, 60, and 90 days. Then we get out of your way.

a good engagement ends with your team not needing us. that's the test.
