we changed what we do because the old version wasn't working.
we used to build ai agents for clients. we were good at it. the agents worked. but every time a client wanted a change, they called us. every time a new team member joined, they called us. the agent worked; the company didn't.
so we stopped. we pivoted the whole business to the part nobody wants to do — sitting with teams, running workshops, teaching the behaviors, and leaving when people can run without us. that's [ai] labs now.
what we believe
- ai isn't a product you buy. it's a habit your team builds.
- the receptionist matters more than the model.
- the goal is boredom. when ai feels as dull as email, you've won.
- we'd rather lose a deal on a discovery call than win one and disappoint.

kevin meuret founded [ai] labs after building and running ROI Logistics, where he saw firsthand that the hardest part of any new technology was getting the team to actually use it. he brought that lesson to AI — and built a company around it.
who we aren't
we're not a software vendor. we don't resell anyone's licenses. we don't take commissions from tool companies. we don't have an "enterprise" tier. we work with smb founders and mid-market ops leaders, and we're small on purpose.
